p.s. remember to boil your water for 24-48 hours if you are drinking or cooking with it.

4:15p.m. - still working, they've had to remove sand from the caved in ditch, and remove trees. They are working for diligently to get the services restored. Thank you for your patience.

3:45p..m - excavating on site and currently working on the issue, they are having issues de-watering the ditch, the banks are caving in , etc. Thank you for your patience

Awaiting excavating for the broken pipe repair, lot 400-500's only
Low water pressure until then. Once excavating is here, your water will be turned off
Once repaired, please let the water run and boil the water for 24 hours if you are using it for drinking / cooking.
All affected homes have a notices posted on the doors.

In memory of Officer Scott Flahive, we invite you to join us as we honor and remember his ultimate sacrifice in service to our community on December 13, 1994.

The ceremony will include a Posting of Colors and Roses, followed by a time of reflection and refreshments.

Officer Flahive was a son, brother, friend, guardian, and protector, deeply loved and remembered by his family, co-workers, and community.

We hope you can join us in paying tribute to his life, legacy, and sacrifice.

If you got a notice from the city, you should bring your water to a boil for at least 1 minute (and let it cool, depending on your needs) before using it, use bottled water for drinking, cooking, making ice, or brushing your teeth and try not to get it into your eyes, nose, or mouth when bathing.

The cause is yet to be determined and service has been restored, Grand Haven Department of Public Works Director, Derek Gajdos told us, and the boil water advisory is only expected to last the next 48-72 hours. Robbins Rd is expected to be closed for safety reasons until mid-afternoon Thursday.
