Pest Control Technician – Full Time 🐜🏠

MDM Pest & Termite Control is looking for a dependable Pest Control Technician to join our team in Grand Island!

Pay & Perks:
💲 Starting at $15/hour
💰 Commission potential to earn up to $20/hour
📈 Pay increases with experience and licensing
🎓 60 days of paid, on-the-job training
🕗 No evenings, weekends, or holidays
🚀 Opportunities for advancement

What we’re looking for:
✔️ Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license
✔️ Strong people skills and pride in your work
✔️ Ability to work independently
✔️ Willingness to become licensed (we help you!)
✔️ Pest control experience is a plus, but not required

📍 Local, in-person position serving Grand Island and surrounding areas.

This year, MDM Pest & Termite Control raised over $7,000 for the Grand Island Police Department’s Santa Cop Program, our biggest donation yet. But the number isn’t what makes this special… the people are.

To everyone who helped make our Christmas party happen…
