The story of this photo. I spent days searching for a unique spot on the Colorado National Monument and finally came across this area. I sat for hours trying out sunsets on multiple nights, drove up in the middle of the night for night shots and sunrises. Finally sat in the dark from 1am to sunrise around 6:30am to capture this. Also this photo won a Colorado Mesa University photo contest, has been featured in calendars for the city.
