Responsibilities:
• Safely operate a flatbed/wheel lift tow truck
• Properly track and document
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect truck before and after trip

Qualifications:
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment & random drug screening
MUST PASS BACKGROUND CHECK
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to coordinate and take direction from dispatchers
• Strong work ethic
CDL is not required but a bonus, training will be provided.

You must me able to pass background and drug test.
Must have computer and Internet.

The primary duties of the Dispatcher:

Dispatches roadside assistance requests in a timely manner to driver using a computer.
Engage with customers by providing exceptional customer experience..
Prioritizes service requests based on various criteria (safety, weather, traffic, etc.) to ensure police and other Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills emergency calls are handled
within established timeframes..
