NOW HIRING — Detailers & Drivers | Short-Term Contract
Premium Auto Solutions | Montrose & Delta
We’ve been contracted to handle vehicle detailing for a major automotive manufacturer’s press launch event on the Western Slope. We’re hiring 8 detailers and 2 mobile detailers to get it done.
This is detailing work. Hard work, on a tight schedule, with great pay.
ALL POSITIONS ARE FLAT RATE, PAID AT OUR STANDARD PAYROLL SCHEDULE, ALL CONTRACTORS WILL BE W2
POSITION 1 — Workshop Detail Crew (8 needed)
Event starts September 17th, 15 consecutive days until the night of October 1st.
Plus a full day of paid training 1–2 days beforehand — attendance required.
• $200 per day flat rate — 8-hour shifts
• $360 per day flat rate — 12-hour shifts
Of these 8, we need 6 who can transport vehicles to the ranch for 4 hours after their detail work. That’s the 12-hour, $360/day position. If you want the higher rate, this is how you get it — and we need most of the crew to take it.
POSITION 2 — Mobile Detailers (2 needed)
September 20 – October 1
• $300 per day flat rate
Transportation: Daily shuttle from Montrose to the Delta workshop is provided. You don’t need to worry about the drive.
WHAT THIS ACTUALLY IS
High-volume detailing on a fleet of new luxury vehicles for a demanding client. Roughly 45 minutes per car, 15-20 cars a night. The schedule is tight and it does not move. You’ll work hard and you’ll be tired.
You’ll also be paid well for it, and if you’re good, there’s a real conversation about a permanent position with us when the program ends.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Professional, reliable, ambitious team players. People who can take direction and execute without being asked twice.
Appearance standards — these are firm:
• Clean cut
• Clean shaven facial hair or facial hair for legitimate religious purposes.
• No face tattoos
• No facial piercings
We’re working around a high-profile manufacturer Presentation matters.
Also required:
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Available nights and weekends for the full program
• Able to work on your feet at pace for a full shift
• On time, every single day
TEAM LEAD: We’d prefer to fill at least one team lead position with someone who has previous detailing experience. If that’s you, say so up front.
Detailing experience preferred for all positions but not required — we’ll train the right people. We can’t train reliability.
