Trailer completed, waiting for inspection date before we can put it to work.
This was way more of a project than what originally thought, here's the list of what we had to do after the initial purchase of this "good trailer"..
Cut off and weld in new coupler.
Cut off and weld on new jack, fabricate new extension, install grease fitting.
12 ton jack and chains to straighten side warpage.
Cutoff and weld on new side rub rail.
All new wiring with new junction box and new breakaway setup.
All new lights
New deck
Added 1/4" angle to rear plate for additional support, since it literally had none.
New brakes, backing plate, Hun, bearings.
Had to weld on new leaf spring perches to work with spring over conversion. Old perches weren't even welded on when I removed axels 🤦.
Install new tool box
New DOT tape, new paint
New u bolts
New wheels
New tires
And a partridge in a pear tree.. lol
At least I know everything about this trailer now. 🤣

Slowly getting the trailer finished.
New brakes/hubs/wheels/tires, new lights/wiring/junction box/breakaway battery, new tool box, new coupler, new jack, new deck going on now.

All finished and ready for customer to pickup.
