Friday afternoon and evening, our team had the opportunity to work alongside Henny Penny Corporate Chef Ben Holt and Regional Sales Manager Rickey Shafer at Fixins Soul Kitchen in downtown Detroit.
The focus was ongoing training and testing of pressure-fried chicken, helping ensure consistent quality, efficiency, and great results for both the kitchen team and their guests.
