The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has cleared the fourth Alzheimer’s blood test to help doctors evaluate people who are showing signs of memory or thinking problems — the second such test cleared in just the past week.
While no single test can diagnose Alzheimer’s on its own, used alongside a standard clinical evaluation, blood tests like this one can help families get answers faster.
