Mary Dominguez-Santini

Mary Dominguez-Santini is a respected business and community leader whose career reflects a longstanding commitment to economic development, education, advocacy, and community service throughout Grand Prairie and the Dallas–Fort Worth region.

As Founder and President/CEO of the Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Grand Prairie, Mary has worked to strengthen the local business community by connecting entrepreneurs and small businesses with resources, professional development, networking opportunities, corporate partnerships, and pathways for growth. Her leadership is centered on the belief that strong businesses help create strong communities.

Mary is also the Founder of Hispanic Heritage Ambassadors DFW, a nonprofit organization dedicated to education, cultural awareness, family support, and community outreach. Through initiatives such as El Mochilón, Magic Christmas, Readers Are Future Leaders, Grand Fiestas Patrias, Día de los Mu***os, hunger-relief efforts, and health and prevention programs, she has helped bring resources and opportunities directly to families and children across the community.

Education has remained an important part of Mary's service. She made history as the first Hispanic woman to serve as President of the Grand Prairie ISD Education Foundation and has continued supporting initiatives benefiting students, educators, scholarships, and educational opportunities.
Her civic and community involvement has extended across numerous boards, commissions, and organizations, including service with the Grand Prairie United Charities, Grand Prairie Metro Rotary, Grand Prairie Host Lions Club, Children's First, the City of Grand Prairie Housing Neighborhood Commission, and other community organizations.

Mary's service has been recognized through honors including the Outstanding Regional Civic Leadership Award, Motherhood Luncheon Trailblazer Award, Soroptimist Star Sister Award, Silent Hero Award, National Social Worker Award, and an October 13 proclamation recognizing her community contributions.

At the heart of Mary's work is a commitment to collaboration, integrity, opportunity, and service. Whether advocating for small businesses, supporting students, celebrating Hispanic heritage, empowering women, or connecting families to vital resources, she continues to bring people and organizations together to create meaningful and lasting community impact.
