Sometimes pest control is about more than just treating bugs.

Last weekend, while we were servicing a home nearby, I noticed Stephanie setting up a special Relay For Life event in honor of her husband and the 10th anniversary of his passing from renal cell carcinoma.

After hearing what the day meant to her, and that one of the volunteers had already been bitten by ants, we were happy to step in and treat the yard at no charge so they could focus on what really mattered.

We’re proud to serve the same communities we live and work in, and moments like this are a reminder that taking care of people will always come first.

August is National Dog Month, so I figured it was a good time to introduce two very important members of the Blue Line Pest Police family — Ally and Chief.

Our customer kept hearing birds coming from their chimney and wanted to know what was going on.

Instead of guessing, we sent one of our own birds up to investigate.

(Drone footage approaching the chimney.)

Sure enough… birds had already started building a nest inside the chimney.

Left alone, this can lead to noise, odors, blocked ventilation, and unwanted pests inside the home.

We safely removed the nesting material, installed a professional chimney exclusion, and solved the problem before it became a much bigger issue.
