Care Provider Solutions teaches simple systems to licensed AFC Michigan providers & those desiring to open a facility so they have less stress and ultimately can provide better care to their residents. My passion is to help owners and operators reduce the stress associated with running and operating Specialized Licensed Adult Foster Care (AFC) homes. I understand running an AFC home and providing care can be overwhelming. My multiple years of experience running award-winning homes have given me an in-depth understanding of many common issues AFC residential assisted living homes face. My approach is friendly, kind and unassuming. I listen carefully to your pain points to determine which of my services and systems will meet your needs. Using this experience, I am known as very diligent in identifying what is working, what is broken, what is confusing and what is missing in the organization. I will support your team to find creative solutions to address items in each of those categories while monitoring their effectiveness so you can focus on what matters most, providing the best care to your residents. There is no AFC question or topic that is viewed as off-limits. I understand very clearly providing excellent resident care while attending to hiring and retaining staff, maintaining compliance, a budget and many other things can feel overwhelming.
