Handyman Ground & Building Maintenance
We are looking for a Handyman Ground & Building Maintenance. Minimum experience required, Current driver license, ability to lift up to 70 lbs. ability to follow instructions, work with minimum supervision and willing to lead projects, MUST speak Spanish and be able to communicate clearly, verbally. (If not, DON’T BOTHER) basic construction knowledge and basic personal PPE required. Position is in Division and Burton area in GRAND RAPIDS MI with full time work all year round.
Hours of operation are from Friday to Monday. 10 to 12 hr. a day.
No WALK-IN applications are allowed. APOIMENTS it’s a must.
In order to w**d out toxic and unwanted attention and waste time resources, we ask you to keep in mind; the interview start the moment you contact us.

Experiencia mínima requerida, licencia de conducir actual, capacidad para levantar hasta 70 libras. capacidad para seguir instrucciones, trabajar con supervisión mínima y dispuesto a liderar proyectos, DEBE hablar español y ser capaz de comunicarse claramente, verbalmente. (Si no, NO SE MOLESTE) se requieren conocimientos básicos de construcción y EPP personal básico. La posición es en la división y el área de Burton en GRAND RAPIDS MI con trabajo a tiempo completo durante todo el año.
El horario de atención es de viernes a lunes. 10 a 12 hr. al día.
No se permiten solicitudes WALK-IN. APOIMENTS es una necesidad.
