Large Sites. Deep Utilities. Big Walls.

A few new projects are officially underway for the Topland crews:

▪️ Full site development with watermain, deep sanitary, earthwork and road construction
▪️ Large retaining wall and laydown yard development
▪️ Industrial site expansion with sitework, utilities and new parking areas

These are the kinds of projects we’ve built our team and fleet to take on — complex scopes, tight schedules and a lot of dirt to move.

July kept the crews moving. 🇺🇸 From site prep and utilities to mass excavation and fine grading, here’s what our team has been building across the West Michigan. Thankful for the entire company for leaning in and getting it done right.

Wrapped up a fire protection pipe install on a school job last week. There are always surprises when we are working on existing sites, but we got it done. No leaks, no rain, no worries!

One of our crews knocked out 7,100 feet on a new agriculture project this week. This infrastructure project consists 4 miles of roads, 28,000 yards of earthwork, retention basins and a few thousand feet of storm pipe. Tackling sites of this size was only a dream a few years ago.

Flying high all summer long! Our crews have been managing several sites and we are gearing up to start the next wave of new projects in the next few weeks. Thankful to be busy and for a team that is absolutely crushing it.

School is out for the summer which means our work is ramping up! Rainy day demo on a new elementary school site improvement project. Getting the asphalt and concrete out so we can install new utilities. Stay safe out there!
