Have you heard this statement before “it’s easier said then done?” No 💩!!! But it’s important to keep you mindset on target and not off kilter because of the nay- sayers in your life.

I was up going through a situation in my head for most of the night and thinking this is how I’ll handle it in the morning. But I hardly slept....it’s kicking my butt now and I’m exhausted...is it worth it?? Worrying and replaying the scenario all night long?? Only to go back into the situation today and have a completely new perspective and a better view. All that worrying and staying up- waking up throughout the night- not worth it.

Your health and your mindset are more important than any of this. God, the universe, whatever you believe in are bigger then anything you are going through. Remember - tomorrow is a new day and a fresh start! You’ve got this!

How often do we judge people? On your drive to work and someone cuts you off, what about the person who takes your lunch and eats it at work? Maybe it’s someone whom is pushing your buttons at work or even at home. How easy is it for us to critique and judge others?

Remember we are all reflections of one another. Remember to love others. That person who cut you off on your drive to work may be rushing to the hospital because a love one is dying. The person who took your lunch at work, this might be the only meal they eat today, the person pushing your buttons at work or home, they may be desperate for a friend to just listen to them and they’re looking for you to be that person.

Let’s pick love today and everyday!
