When I started this company, my goal was simple: help professionals gain clarity and strategy in their careers.

Over the years, CCPS has supported individuals navigating:

The workforce isn’t broken — it’s misaligned.

At Connections Career Planning & Services (CCPS), we spend a lot of time listening to people who feel stuck in their careers—despite having skills, experience, and drive. At the same time, we hear from employers who are struggling to hire and retain talent.

Both realities exist at once.

The issue isn’t effort or motivation.
It’s misalignment.

Many individuals are navigating their careers without clear strategy or guidance, questioning whether their skills are enough or if they need “one more credential” to move forward. At the same time, employers often expect job-ready talent without fully engaging in how careers are developed, supported, or sustained.
