The Real Estate Investor workshop was a success!

We brought together a room full of investors to talk through how to actually find, analyze, finance, renovate and acquire real estate using real examples from deals we’ve done here in West Michigan.

We covered everything from hard money and private financing to renovation strategy, rent projections, cash flow, refinancing and the numbers that actually matter when evaluating a deal.

The best part was getting a group of people in one room who are serious about building wealth through real estate and willing to learn from each other.

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make the event such a success.
