This broad base of expertise has resulted from an ongoing commitment to providing the most relevant and comprehensive hospitality consulting support available, anywhere. Each Bakergroup project receives a high level of principal support. Kicked off our year in the best way as an industry sponsor at the 2025 National Association of College & University Food Services Operator Roundtables!

The event is always such a personal and dynamic way to connect with a select group of campus dining operators and discuss the latest campus dining and food trends and collaborate on solving key challenges in collegiate dining. The weather (snow!!) in Savannah might have kept us there a bit longer, but we couldn’t have been stranded with better company around us, complete with infamous Savannah-based Byrd Cookie Company snacks!

🎉 Exciting times at Oklahoma State University! We are thrilled to have been part of the design team for the new Central Market Place, which officially opened with a fantastic ribbon-cutting ceremony last week.

This dining facility was a true collaboration with OSU Dining Services and KKT Architects, Inc., bringing together innovative concepts to enhance the dining experience for students and staff. The vibrant spaces and diverse food options across the four new venues reflect the campus' commitment to creating a welcoming and engaging environment on campus, with contemporary open seating areas that include a covered patio with views of campus activities.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who helped bring this vision to life for the OSU campus community! We can’t wait to see how the Central Market Place enhances the success and experience of The OSU Family. Go Pokes!🌟🤠

We are excited to celebrate the grand opening of The Lodge Dining Center with our friends at the University of Montana and University of Montana Campus Dining. This new All-You-Care-To-Eat dining center, with nearly 1,000 seats, features seven unique culinary concepts, each inspired by Montana’s cultural and historical heritage. Guests can enjoy two terrace rooftop decks, numerous dining and study areas with breathtaking mountain views and plentiful natural light, and a welcoming floor-to-ceiling fireplace.

We are grateful for our long-standing relationship with the University and their campus dining team. We are incredibly proud to witness them kick off the school year with such a significant achievement for the campus community.

We also want to extend our sincere thanks to NAC and SMA Architecture + Design for their invaluable partnership in bringing this remarkable project to life!

What an invigorating and productive week in Louisville for the 2024 National Association of College & University Food Services (NACUFS) Conference! 🍽️✨

Even after nearly four decades in this industry, we continue to be inspired by the gathering of passionate professionals collaborating on innovative ideas and cultivating meaningful connections in the food service industry.
