unities in Burlington/Ocean/Monmouth/Mercer Counties, New Jersey, which is structured and operates much like a real-world arts producing institution does. The YAMA engages and hosts professional guest speakers in the field, produces professional development events such as the "TMS Touring Solutions," YAMA networking brunches and seminars, and other activities that provide support for arts productions on and off campus, and functions as a valuable hands-on learning tool for future Arts Administrators. -Promote events which unite Arts Administration professionals with the community;
-Demonstrate the development of support for student creative and performing arts projects;
-Maintain a networking database linking community members with professional arts venues;
-Host arts professionals to interact with the community members;
-Develop and inspire participation in professional development and/or artistic forums; and
-Demonstrate and connect with provisions that will provide volunteer support of community arts projects.
