Penn’s School of Social Policy & Practice recently launched its redesigned website, developed in partnership with us and shaped by extensive feedback from the SP2 community.

The new digital experience features a fresh visual design, streamlined navigation, interactive program and research tools, improved mobile responsiveness, and an enhanced focus on accessibility.

Over the years, Jenny has grown from Project Manager to Senior Project Manager and Team Lead and now serves as our fantastic Senior Account Managers.

She keeps complex projects moving, builds lasting client relationships, and always knows how to anticipate what a team needs next. In other words, Jenny knows how to keep things running smoothly, whether it’s a website project or her 485-horsepower Dodge Charger. 🚗💨

She brings the perfect mix of technical know-how, thoughtful problem-solving, and genuine client care to everything she does. Whether she’s keeping a website secure and running smoothly, spotting an important pattern, or thinking three steps ahead, Clare makes the complicated feel easy.

When she’s not helping our clients, you might find her knitting, working on a puzzle, reading historical fiction, watching hockey, brunching, or hanging out with her two dogs. Honestly, a pretty great lineup.

It’s hard to believe it's been a full year since one of the coolest people we know officially retired. 😎

M***a May brought creativity and an unmistakably original point of view to everything she did. She had an eye for elegant design, a talent for finding clever solutions, and a way of making even the most technical work feel more thoughtful and human.

She also brought plenty of personality, humor, and style to our team, because M***a has never been interested in being ordinary.

We still miss having her around, but retirement hasn’t changed one thing: M***a will always be part of the 3MW family. 💙

And that makes three!

This month we also just launched the redesigned website for Penn’s School of Social Policy & Practice!

The new experience makes it easier for prospective students, current students, alumni, faculty, partners, and other audiences to explore SP2’s programs, research, people, news, and resources.

This was a highly collaborative project. The Penn SP2 team brought deep knowledge of their institution and audiences, while we brought our digital expertise and together, we created an outcome we’re all genuinely proud of.

The project included custom design, accessibility-focused development, digital strategy for SEO and PPC, migration of a substantial content library, and integration with Penn’s SAML-based single sign-on platform. It also required close coordination with numerous stakeholders and several departmental approval teams.

Launch-month celebration, part two! 🎉

We just launched the new Cingal digital experience!

The project included two connected websites: one helping patients understand Cingal and another giving healthcare professionals access to more detailed clinical information.

Behind the scenes, we created a custom WordPress Multisite build with Gutenberg, original animations, audience-specific pathways, and digital strategy supporting search and future campaigns. We also worked with a European agency to develop multilingual and regional content through a hybrid human-and-AI translation process.

This month has already been a big one for the 3MW launch button.

First up: we just launched the new Position Imaging website!

The redesigned site gives Position Imaging’s precision location technology, patent portfolio, and solutions a clearer, faster, and more user-friendly digital home.

Behind the scenes, we moved the site from Squarespace to WordPress, built a flexible content system, incorporated accessibility best practices, and integrated CookieConsent to support GDPR and CCPA compliance, all while meeting a tight September 1 deadline.

The result? An on-time launch and 90+ Google PageSpeed Insights scores on both mobile and desktop. ⚡
