We currently have 4 open positions. 2 on 3rd shift and 2 on our Weekend shift. Looking for someone with verifiable experience and in-depth knowledge of CNC operations.

3rd: 7pm - 5:30am (Monday-Thursday)

Weekend: 7am-7:30pm (Friday-Sunday)

This position will be running a new Haas CNC Lathe with an automatic parts loader. This position will also serve as a backup to the shift leader.

You must be able to demonstrate:

Proficiency with Haas mills and lathes

Able to set tool heights and pick up zero points for setting up new jobs

Able to determine if a program edit, a position offset or a tool offset needs to be made to bring a part within tolerance.

Be proficient in G&M code

We are looking for a Team Lead for our Weekend shift which runs Friday-Sunday from 7am-7:30pm.

This position is in need of someone who is able to lead and motivate a team of CNC operators in meeting production goals and requirements throughout a 12-hour shift.

The team lead position requires someone who has the ability and knowledge to:

Set up various styles of CNC machines by loading part unique fixtures, picking up zero points, and setting tool heights.
Troubleshooting any part quality issues and then taking the next steps to fix the issue. (adjust tool heights, change tooling, adjust the program, etc.)
Keep all operators on shift full of parts at all times and run the shift as efficiently as possible.
Necessary Knowledge to have for this position:

Familiar with Haas CNC Lathe & Mill
Familiar with Brother CNC Mill
Familiar with typical CNC measuring equipment (calipers, height gages, micrometers, CMM)
Able to read a G&M code program
Able to diagnose part quality issues/ minor mechanical issues and implement necessary action to resolve
Physical Requirements:

Standing or walking up to 12 hours per day
Bending and reaching into machines to change tools
Lift CNC equipment with a helper up to 100 lbs.
