Anyone who knows me, knows that my two favorite things are coffee and photography. There's just something about holding a hot mug in your hands and smelling that awakening aroma. And photography is something that brings me joy. I love capturing those 'joyous' moments that will be treasured for lifetimes to come. About a year ago, I was trying to think of a photography name that incorporated the wo
rd 'joyous'. After months of brainstorming, I found myself stranded at the Atlanta airport and headed for the first coffee shop I could find. I walked around the corner and there was 'Abica Cafe'. The coffee was awesome, but I couldn't stop thinking about the word 'Abica'. I never did find anything on 'Abica Cafe', but the first thing that came up in the online search was the meaning of the word. I almost couldn't believe my eyes.....'Abica' means 'Joyous' in Hebrew! It couldn't have been more perfect! So in case anyone is wondering, that's how the name Abica Photography came about. Many of you have been asking me to display my photos for quite some time. I know this is long over due, but thank you for your patience. This site is full of memories from joyous moments I've been privileaged to be a part of. Happy viewing everyone!
