Mayday Avionics Begins a New Chapter

Dear Valued Customers, Partners, and Friends,

We are excited to announce a transition in our business that marks a new chapter in our company’s journey. As of January 15th, 2026, Mayday Avionics will be led by a new team of managing partners consisting of long-time employees of the company. The new ownership team consists of Justin Lake, James Powers, Bill Andrus, and Cabien Everitt.

Tim, Rick, Ed, and Larry built upon the quality workmanship and attention to detail set forth by the founders of the company and we are determined to maintain and strengthen the Mayday way!

We appreciate your trust and support as we embark on this exciting new phase. The entire team is enthusiastic about the opportunities ahead and looks forward to continuing our valued relationship well into the future.
