Yesterday marked Rachel David's 10-year anniversary at Windquest Group!

For a decade, Rachel has brought drive, determination, and a steady commitment to pushing Windquest to be better. Her values-driven leadership and long-term perspective have shaped our work, our culture, and the way we show up for one another.

As Rachel puts it: “Ten years at Windquest has flown by. The amazing people and the unique diversity of our portfolio are just some of what make it such a special place to work.”

Outside the office, you’ll likely find her on the pickleball court, exploring her next great meal, or planning her next trip.

We’re grateful for the impact she’s made over the past ten years and for the example she continues to set. Thank you, Rachel, for all that you bring to Windquest.

We’re pleased to welcome Isabella DeWildt to Windquest as our Accounting Intern for the year ahead. Izzy brings a strong mix of curiosity, maturity, and a genuine desire to learn.

In her role, Izzy will support day-to-day accounting operations and contribute to the behind-the-scenes work that keeps our organization running effectively.

Izzy is currently a junior at Grand Valley State University, studying Finance and exploring a transition into Accounting. She is also an Army ROTC Cadet, balancing academics, leadership responsibilities, and military training.

Join us in welcoming Izzy to the Windquest team. We’re glad to have her with us and look forward to working together in the year ahead.

Since joining in 2009, Greg has helped transform Windquest from a quiet investment firm into a bold, values-driven portfolio spanning manufacturing, retail, wellness, and craft spirits.

Under his leadership, we’ve become known for doing business the right way - investing in people, leading with integrity, and embracing challenges.

Guided by his belief that “work is the way we serve one another,” Greg leads with clarity, purpose, and humility. A devoted husband, father of three, avid reader, and global traveler, he inspires us to leave things better than we found them.
