Today we celebrated 65 years of manufacturing excellence, the retirement of a life long diemaker, project manager, estimator and mentor to our youth and one of our apprentices successfully completing our apprenticeship program.

For more than six decades, our success has been built on the dedication of our employees, the loyalty of our customers, and the strong partnerships we’ve formed along the way. Together, we’ve met challenges, embraced new technologies, and continued to provide world-class tooling, machining, and manufacturing solutions.

As we celebrate this milestone, we honor our rich history while looking ahead to the future—continuing to invest in our people, our capabilities, and the next generation of manufacturing innovation.

At Enterprise, we believe that investing in our people is the foundation for continued success.

Enterprise Tool & Die University (ETDU) provides a valuable opportunity each month for our team to come together, strengthen communication, share knowledge, and collaborate on ways to improve and grow. This month’s session was a great example of the engagement and teamwork that drive our organization forward.

We also successfully completed our annual OSHA walkthrough, reinforcing our ongoing commitment to workplace safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
