Arnica Flower: a member of the daisy family, Arnica has been widely used in herbal medicine and as a homeopathic remedy for many centuries. It is culturally prized for its healing value in addressing bruising, inflammation, and any trauma to the skin (from contusions to bug bites). It also is purported to relieve joint and muscle pain.
