We’re excited to welcome back Brett Walker of Waypoint Leadership Lab for our first Gather & Grow session of 2026.

This free, interactive leadership workshop is designed for supervisors, managers, and program leads. The session will focus on how effective coaching conversations help teams move from feeling stuck to taking confident, forward-moving action.

Participants will explore practical coaching strategies for navigating resistance with empathy, building motivation and ownership, and strengthening psychological safety while still addressing real challenges. The tools shared are immediately applicable in supervision, meetings, and day-to-day leadership moments.
