We spent last night moving wine barrels from Midwest Barrel Co. out to the tiny cottages with the tractor, one step closer to bringing this vision to life. There’s something about blending vineyard character with a cozy stay that just feels right.
Lights are going up, hammocks are in place, and we’re adding a few more chairs to make it just right for slowing down and enjoying the view. Inside the cottages, the decorating has officially begun, and it’s starting to feel like home.
Still a little more to do, but we’re getting close. We can’t wait to share more with you soon. Stay tuned.

Spencer Property Maintenance, LLC is back onsite transforming the cottage area with hammocks, fire pit spaces, and natural flagstone. Every piece is coming together to create a place where guests can slow down and enjoy the beauty of the farm.

Happy Mother’s Day from Innerbanks Farm and Vineyard 💐
Out here, I am reminded of the quiet strength of mothers, the ones who nurture, protect, teach, and show up again and again. I’m especially grateful today for the women in my life, for my Momma who raised me, for the gift of being a mom, and for the joy of being “Bunny” to my grands. Life on the farm has a way of reminding me that the most meaningful things grow slowly and with care.
Wishing you a day full of peace, love, and a few quiet moments to soak it all in 💕

Farm update from Innerbanks 🦃🥚
The girls have officially started laying, and yes, turkey eggs are no joke, about twice the size of chicken eggs. We are one week into incubation and crossing our fingers for a good hatch.
So what do you do with turkey eggs this big? A few things. You can incubate them for about 28 days, they need a little more time than chicken eggs. They are rich and delicious for baking, one turkey egg can replace two to three chicken eggs. Or you just stand there in awe because farm life never gets old.
There is something pretty special about this season, watching new life start, learning as we go, and letting the farm teach us patience. Stay tuned, hoping for peeps in a few more weeks. 💛

Grateful for Spencer Property Maintenance, LLC and their excellent work around the tiny homes. Brought in tons of dirt, top soil, leveled the ground, planted grass, mulched. These spaces are coming together beautifully and will be ready to showcase for rental very soon. Stay tuned for the continued progress!
