We want to take a moment to share a little bit about how things work behind the scenes here at Davis Glass Solutions. As a small, family-owned local company, we take immense pride in the personal service we provide to our community. Unlike the giant corporations, we don't have a massive fleet of trucks. We have one dedicated expert who handles every single measure and installation to ensure the job is done right the first time.
Because we are a small team, our schedule can fill up quickly, especially during the busy season. We are typically booked out at least a week in advance. This means that when unexpected things happen, like a rainy day that makes glass installation unsafe or a family emergency like a sick child, our reschedule dates have to move to the next available opening in the calendar. We know it can be frustrating to wait, and we sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding when these "life happens" moments arise.
To help keep everyone on the same page, here is a look at our process. We strive to get out for measurements as quickly as possible, and you can expect your quote back within 48 business hours. Once you are ready to move forward, we require a 50% deposit to order your materials. It generally takes about 2 to 3 weeks for us to receive the glass from our suppliers. As soon as your glass arrives at our shop, we will call you to schedule the installation, which usually takes place the following week.
