Final Repost:
Hey everyone, I want to take a moment to address some of the concerns we’ve heard and share a bit about where we’re going from here.
First, we truly appreciate all the feedback — both the positive and the negative. We know our previous grading business didn’t go the way we had hoped, and we sincerely apologize to everyone who was affected. One of the hardest parts was realizing how difficult it is to compete with the major grading companies, which ultimately led to us shutting it down.
We also want to assure everyone who submitted cards to be graded — we are doing everything we can to get those refunds sent back as quickly as possible. Your money is important to you, and we take that seriously.
As we now shift our focus to opening a local card shop, we understand the concerns about getting distributors. Most major distributors require a physical brick-and-mortar location before even considering an application. That’s why our first step is to get the shop open. Until we’re able to secure distribution, we’ll be sourcing from the secondary market and doing our best to find bulk deals. We know this can mean higher costs on our end, but our goal is to keep prices fair, even if our margins are small in the beginning.
We’ve spent months researching, planning, and building out this vision. All we need now is the funding to bring it to life. Our eBay store has been doing well, and this shop is the next step — not just to buy and sell cards, but to create a community space where collectors can trade, hang out, and enjoy the hobby together.
We also want to open the floor to ideas — if you have suggestions, thoughts, or anything you’d love to see in the shop, please let us know. We want this to be a place built with the community, not just for it.
Lastly, we understand that not everyone wants to support this new venture after how things turned out before — and that’s okay. We completely understand, and we’re not here to pressure anyone. We just want to be transparent, take full responsibility, and show that we’re learning, growing, and doing better.
Thank you to those who continue to support us. It truly means the world, and we’re hopeful for what’s ahead.
If you have something that has to do with helping the "Hobby Shop". Please comment below i would love to hear it. If it is about the grading company (which is no more) please leave it off the Hobby shops posts, or the comments will be deleted. We are trying to seperate each company from each other. I will answer question about the (Hobby Store) below.
Thank you
