Big news from Walters Services! 🎉
We’re excited to announce that Walters Services has acquired Tilllett Toilets, effective October 5, 2026.
This acquisition marks an exciting step in the continued growth of Walters. For more than 50 years, we have grown by investing in our people, expanding our capabilities, and remaining committed to the communities we serve. As we look toward the future, we have big goals for Walters and are excited to continue growing our team, our service area, and the opportunities we can create for others.
Tillett Toilets has spent years building strong relationships and taking care of customers throughout its local community. We’re honored they chose Walters to continue serving their portable sanitation customers, and we do not take that responsibility lightly.
As part of the acquisition, Tillett Toilet’s employees and assets will officially become part of Walters. Tillett will continue operating its other lines of business independently.
