We recently completed this project for another satisfied customer. This project was 84ftx12ft wide with a 20ftx20ft parking area. This driveway was already on a solid base and was pretty much ready to frame up and pour. After completing the project and getting our saw cuts in he now wants us to bring in top soil and two rail road ties as a bump stop at the end of the new 20x20 parking pad.

This customer called me with a drainage problem. The slab into his house is sloped towards his house causing water to run back at his house. Then the dirt around his house was higher then the siding& bottom sill plate which was allowing water to pool up in the corner and then get into the house causing water to show up on his basment floor. With being on a tight budget I bought him time by getting the soil cut with a proper slope. I then put down a 60 mil rubber and laid it up the the side of the slab and edge of his house. Then I added in a drain tile and put it in the flow line I created. Then we ordered stone and made it to where water will leach through the stone and get into the pipe and then make it way out to the sump hole where my pipe ends. I then scored a ½ cut in the slab and bent metal and put it in that channel. Then I bent it to act as wall flashing at his foundation to keep the water from getting in. The homeowner is going to put a trim board up to cover that. I also added another down spout off his gutter as he claims the one was getting overwhelmed.
This is all temporary as he saves to be able to afford a nice patio in a couple years.
All in all we believe with this solution, he shouldn't experience any more water in his basment when it down pours.

Here's a roof we recently wrapped up assisting Scott Collen Jr. with Collen Roofing. He's a licensed and insured roofing contractor out of Jackson County. This homeowner was so thankful to hear of him as she was on a budget and he managed to be within her budget. All in all a job well done.

Here's a small project we recently completed. We poured out customer a 19x20 concrete pad and replaced a broken section of concrete in his driveway.

Here's a 32x24 foundation we built for a homeowner in the side of a hill. We did a 42'' deep frost footer, poured him two 6' walls and then two 4'walls so he can have a garage built on it. We then poured him a slab with wire reinforcement. We will back to do the sidewalk, dirveway approach and a step into his house after the built is complete. Stay tuned, we could very well possibly be building the garage too as I just put together the lumber, truss and steel package together. Fingers crossed we get the build too 🤞

6 inch thick pour. Our crew got this project done just in time to go enjoy out weekend off. Thanks to all whom helped, to those who recommend us and trust us with your outdoor construction projects.
