This is what stops many leaders in their career track.

At work, taking calculated risks as a leader is familiar and expected, but making decisions for your own professional career development takes a back seat. Sharing your value to others when networking before you even get started in a major roadblock to progress. What is getting in the way?

1-Networking is too uncomfortable. You don't know what to say, you hate "begging" for a meeting, or feel as though you're "using" you're networking especially when you're in need for a job opportunity,
