Meet Eric!
When he's not at work, Eric enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and getting lost in a good story line through video games and books.
Eric has been with the company for over 10 years and has become a familiar and trusted part of the team. As our primary Sales Floor Associate, he assists customers both in-store and over the phone, providing support and guidance to help them find the right solutions. In addition to helping customers, Eric handles all in-store vacuum repairs, manages shipping and receiving, and assists the service department by preparing parts and materials for installation projects. His wide range of knowledge, years of experience, and willingness to take on many different responsibilities make him a vital part of Beam's daily operations.

Installation Technician

Meet Joey!
On his days off, Joey enjoys riding dirt bikes, camping, and working on old cars.
Joey joined the company in 2025 as an Installation Technician trainee. His responsibilities include preparing work vans, installing whole house fans, and completing rough-ins for alarm systems, audio/video (A/V), CCTV, and networking. He takes pride in keeping crew morale high and maintaining a positive attitude. Joey is often found with a smile on his face, and his strong work ethic and upbeat personality make him an excellent addition to the team.

Meet Sarina!
When she's not at work, Sarina enjoys running, spending time with her family, and mountain biking with her kids.
She first joined the company in 2020 as the Assistant to the Installation & Alarm Systems Coordinator. After taking time away to raise her family, she returned to the team in 2025. Since then, she has grown into a key role, providing remote alarm system troubleshooting, programming account changes, and coordinating installation schedules for our service team. Her dedication, experience, and commitment help keep our operations running smoothly and ensure our customers receive exceptional service.
