Meet Shawn!
When he's not at work, Shawn enjoys fishing, exploring yard sales, and being an active member of the nonprofit organization ECV.
Shawn joined the company in 2026 as a Service Technician and is primarily training in the installation and service of alarm systems. As he continues to grow in the role, he is also expanding his skills in CCTV, networking, and rough-in installations. Shawn has already developed the ability to complete audio/video (A/V) installations independently and is committed to building his knowledge through hands-on experience. His eagerness to learn, strong work ethic, and positive attitude make him a valuable addition to the team.

Meet Buster!
Whether he's on or off the clock, Buster enjoys playing with toys, going for walks, and sneaking the occasional treat.
Buster joined the Beam team in 2017—that's 63 years in dog years! As our official Door Greeter, Buster takes his responsibilities very seriously. His daily duties include welcoming customers with enthusiastic b***y wags, challenging visitors to spirited games of tug-of-war, chasing most any ball that's thrown his way, and graciously accepting treats that may or may not be passed under employees' desks without the boss's knowledge.
While he may not know much about alarms, cameras, or central vacuums, Buster is an expert at making customers smile and reminding us all to enjoy the little things. He's been a loyal member of the Beam family for nearly a decade, and we wouldn't have it any other way.

Meet Chris!
When he's not at work, Chris enjoys camping, playing softball and other sports, and spending time with his family.

Chris joined the team in 2026 as the Installation Manager. He plays a key role in keeping projects running smoothly by ensuring the installation and service technicians have the tools, materials, and support they need each day. Chris is frequently out on job sites, coordinating with the crew and maintaining communication with the office to help keep projects on schedule and customers well served. His hands-on leadership, organization, and commitment to the team make him an invaluable part of the company's daily operations.
