1. Don’t work with jerks.
Even if they’re smart or well-connected—jerks will drain you. They’ll ruin your energy, your progress, your joy.

2. Shortcuts are scams.
If it’s meaningful, it’ll take time. The “quick route” usually leads nowhere—or backwards.

3. Nobody’s watching you.
You think people are judging you. They’re not. They’re too busy thinking about themselves. Do what you do because it's the right thing to do.

4. You’ll regret inaction more than action.
It’s the jobs you didn’t go for… the risks you didn’t take… that will haunt you.

5. Build a body of work—not just a résumé.
In the long run, people don’t hire credentials. They hire evidence. Proof. Work that speaks for itself.

Attacks against American Catholics and Churches Are Out Of Control

America has recorded over 520 attacks on Catholic churches since 2020, fueled by a culture of abortion extremism and open anti-Christian hate. Other Houses of Worship, like Jewish synagogues, are also under growing threat.

Something has got to be done! Why not invest in ballistic window/door protection (there now is a truly ballistic polycarbonate film that is much more affordable than replacing existing doors/windows), weapon detection software to add to existing cameras, AI-based access control, armed security, etc and go after available grant funding to pay for it!! Day 2 of installation of a low profile raised access floor system at St Jude's Children's Hospital in Memphis. This is the new Gait lab they will use to test/gauge the children's "gait" as part of their cancer treatment. The blue platform is the testing area, and all of the cables will run through the trenches (under the black covers) over to their IT/lab equipment in the corner. Proud to help with best care of these poor children!

Indoor Air Quality
I have been talking about "Sick Building Syndrome" for over 20 years! It's all about "ventilation", and most closed buildings that rely on their HVAC system are getting maybe half of the 5-6 Air Churns per Hour (ACHs) that health experts say it takes for a healthy workplace. It's all about droplets and particulates in the air, folks, not about surface disinfecting!! If we had been paying attention to this prior to 2020, the covid effect could have been dramatically reduced! This video is an important 10-minute watch! Ask me if you want to learn more.

Making a difference in eliminating the serious acoustics issues and low-frequency noise in the meeting spaces at The Langston Centre for the City of Johnson City! This is Day 2 of a 4-day project, and we have already received several rave reviews on the difference it's already making. If you ever have a chance to attend an event at this fine facility, I hope you notice the improvement in the acoustics!
