What happens when you hire us to build for you? First, we visit with you and talk about your proposed projects. We then supply you with responsible estimated costs for your acceptance. We then produce a complete packet for permitting including prefilled town applications, required design files and CAD images to support the process. Here’s another glimpse at part our property remodel for our North Yarmouth clients. All the organic material we excavated out to build a large patio base was relocated to build a level work area just outside their barn openings. We love the idea of repurposing materials for further property improvements! Additionally, we installed natural stone steps, rock retaining berms and a whole lot of locally sourced wood chips.

Our clients have known us mainly as finish carpentry company…but…we work in the dirt too! Here we’re staging our next hardscape job with Pavingstones With ArmorTec XL 3 piece patio and lots of stone features, plus the drive resurfaced with native northern maine bluestone. Thanks to Petro’s Hardscapes - Hardware for their great service and knowledge getting this project supplied!

The best part about investing in equipment is the day it arrives when you can get it setup and find out if all your effort researching options has paid off. This CMP Attachments did not disappoint. This made soil conditioning and leveling a ton easier and it fit great on our 23hp mini skid. Thanks to Olaf and his team for getting it out to us promptly and answering all 5632 question we had!
