I am grateful for the opportunity to speak at the MONTANA ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE ASSOCIATION INC (MECA) HR group's annual conference again. We had some great discussions on 1) Leading with PEKs, 2) Business Ethics, 3) Project Management following the 7P's, and 4) Motivating your Team with the BRUHA-FE approach. There was a lot of serious content, but fun was mixed into the morning too! Thank you for playing with me gang! What a bright, engaged, and friendly group of HR folks from all corners of Montana!

It was my honor to speak with the awesome group of HR professionals at the MECA conference this week! It's all about learning and growing together, uplifting one another, and sharing a few laughs along the way.

The MECA Human Resources group conference kicked off this morning in Helena. Deborah Jenkins, owner of HR Solutions, LLC, is addressing multiple topics, including Business Ethics/Professionalism 101, Project Management/Following the 7 P’s, and Motivating Your Team/Using the BRUHA Approach. Also presenting today will be Lori Slaboda with NRECA and Jessa Re*****on with Associated Employers.
