We are looking for someone who wants to be a long-term part of our small, easy-going team, meeting the needs of our contract at the Great Falls Builders Exchange. We work with all of the trades related to the commercial construction industry. We are NOT a construction company.
Must have great people skills and a friendly personality. Smiles are a must, this role is the front-line experience for our customers. Must be reliable and have good computer skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize while still paying attention to detail. You will need to be comfortable working alone but also with our team. We want someone who takes pride in their work.
The right person for this position is a front-line person, providing strong customer service and accurate data entry.
Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs.
This is a FULL TIME position.
Must be available to work 8:30a-5:00p Mon-Thurs and 8:30a-3:30p Friday.

Qualifications
- Proficient in data entry and typing with a high level of accuracy
- Previous office and clerical experience preferred
