I'm gonna share my favorite, super fast, extra delicious and body fueling FRESH FOOD SECRET... I keep a ziploc bag of COMPOST AND BONES in my freezer!!!
Remember I told you yesterday that I invest in my health with quality meat? I prefer to buy BONE IN cuts. I like to get every bit of value I can for my investment and bones from happy animals makes delicious stock. Once you try your own, you will wonder how you ever used the stuff from the box...
I keep a gallon ziploc in my freezer where I store onion ends, celery, ugly garlic, carrots, thyme sprigs, and then BONES!!
Once my bag is stuffed, I throw the whole mess in the crockpot with a splash of ACV and a generous grind of pink salt and leave in on low for about 72 hours. I have to add water back a couple of times but for the most part I ignore it.
Then I cool, strain, and pour it into silicone muffin pans sitting on a cookie sheet and pop it in the freezer - giving me the easy pucks you see here.
