Kiewit is providing Construction Manager/General Contractor services for one of CDOT's largest upcoming projects, the I-270 Critical Bridge Replacements Project. The scope of work includes the replacement of eight bridges along the I-270 corridor in Denver between the York Street and Vasquez Boulevard interchange. Construction will start next spring and run through summer 2030.

They are inviting subcontractors and suppliers to a small business outreach event to meet with the Kiewit team, hear from the CDOT project leads and get updates from CDOT civil rights. CDOT is committed to encouraging the participation of small and diverse businesses on this project and they want to help get subs connected with the decision-makers. These events are where business development happens!

Community Food Access Equipment Tax Credit Program Updates! 📝👇

🔵 Colorado's legislature passed House Bill 26-1289 that modifies the Community Food Access program in several ways, including expanding eligibility. Find a copy of this new draft on the Secretary of State's website, listed under the Department of Agriculture.
There will be a rulemaking hearing virtually on August 20th from 1:00pm-2:00pm.

👉🔍Small Food Retailers and Small Family Farms - your costly equipment purchases may be eligible for a refundable income tax credit equal to 75% of the amount you spent.
