I am putting on a seminar for tax payers (100-200 attendees) this Oct. and need guest speakers on subjects that would benefit tax payers and business owners. If you are interested in presenting for 20-30 minutes, please call my office at 970-888-3362. We would love to have other tax offices participate. We as tax preparers take 12-18 credit hours a year to help our clients, but they need more. Why not share what we know for the 2025 tax year?

STATE OF COLORADO TEMPORARY WEIGHT ALLOWANCE DURING COVID-19:
CDOT issued an exemption that will allow all tractor-trailer combinations to operate on all state roads and the interstates at 85,000 pounds gross weight. This waiver on weights shall remain in effect for the duration for the declared emergency, as per Governor Polis, unless further declarations are made in writing or are rescinded.
