🚀 What You'll Do:
Support the sales, marketing, and spare parts teams with a variety of administrative and coordination tasks.
Assist outside sales in preparing quotes and proposals using existing templates.
Manage order entry, create sales order documentation, and help facilitate project kickoff meetings with engineering.
Keep customer databases organized and up to date.
Follow up with customers post-sale and service, gathering feedback via phone, email, and surveys.
Assemble and prepare operator and maintenance manuals for delivered equipment.
Contribute to marketing campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, and social media.
Help execute digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, and online ads.
Assist with the creation of promotional materials, blog posts, newsletters, and sales presentations.
Coordinate marketing events like webinars and client visits.
Work closely with various departments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
🎯 What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in sales and/or marketing is helpful – but not required. We will train the right person!
Excellent communication and people skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM tools.
Strong time management and organizational abilities.
Creative thinking and a knack for problem-solving.
