Who wants to win some LP+ merch??
Every cylinder has a manufacture date and is considered "in date" for 12 years from that manufacture date. Out of date cylinders cannot legally be filled and need to be inspected. If they pass, they are logged, labeled (or stamped) with the inspectors RIN (Requalifier Identification Number) and the month and year of inspection. If requalified visually, that cylinder is "in date" for 5 more years. After those 5 years, it will need to be requalified again. Literally, if you take care of the cylinder, it will last forever! When the valve wears out, it's a simple and affordable replacement.

LP+ is registered with the DOT to requalify cylinders. How many cylinders will we requalify in this month of August??
