Thanks to the generosity of our associates, this year’s School Supply Drive was a great success! 🎒✏️

Donated supplies are being distributed to the Marathon County Fill A Backpack Program, Parkview Elementary School, New London, Waupaca Learning Center, and Golden House in Green Bay.

It’s great to see people and organizations coming together to support the Appleton and Menasha communities following the tornado earlier this summer.

A special thank you to Shepherd's Heart Disaster Response Ministry for providing volunteers who traveled all the way from North Carolina to assist with recovery efforts. We were glad to lend a boom lift to support their work, and we appreciate Crosby Heavy Duty Wrecker Service for helping get the equipment where it was needed.

The American Red Cross is working to support Appleton and Menasha residents affected by the recent EF-3 tornado, helping provide relief and resources as the community begins its recovery.

Conger Industries was grateful for the opportunity to provide a forklift to assist with these relief efforts. We appreciate the Red Cross volunteers, first responders and community members working together throughout the cleanup and recovery process.

The Knights of Columbus recently held their annual Tootsie Roll Drive, helping raise funds to support individuals with intellectual disabilities and improve quality of life in our communities.

A Conger Holiday Celebration 🎄

This year’s Conger Holiday Party was extra special as we celebrated 70 years in business, and what a night it was! From great company and festive fun to exciting raffle items, it was a wonderful way to come together and celebrate our team and our history.

One of our favorite traditions continued this year: The Red Suit Auction ❤️
This tradition began in 2017 and features the iconic red suit once worn by our previous owner and second-generation leader, Gary Conger, at past holiday parties. Associates place their bids, and the winning bid is then matched by Conger and donated to a charity/organization of the winner’s choice.

This year, congratulations to Corey Dettman, whose winning bid was matched by Conger for a donation to Green Bay United Youth Hockey.

Giving back has always been part of who we are. Our annual holiday parties date all the way back to our founder, Lloyd Conger, who raised money by selling scrap metal to host a holiday celebration for associates, starting a tradition that has continued and grown over the decades.

Thank you to everyone who helped make this year’s celebration so memorable. Here’s to honoring our past, celebrating our people, and looking ahead. Cheers to 70 years! 🎉
