As it turns out, Scotty DOES know (how to move like the wind and do breakfast right).

How do you balance speed and accuracy when orders come fast?
🫡 Keep my head down, avoid distractions, and move with purpose.

Can you share a great piece of customer feedback?
🏎️ "You move pretty quick for a big guy."

What's your breakfast of champions?
🍖 Either eggs Benedict or a meat lover's skillet with sausage gravy.

This past weekend, we brought the PFS Companies crew together for our annual Company Picnic, kicked off with the inaugural PFS Classic 5K Run/Walk! 🏃 🏃‍♀️ 👟 🏁 💨

From the starting line to the finish line and everything that followed, it was a day full of good food, friendly competition, plenty of laughs and some quality time together outside of the workday.

Thank you to everyone who helped plan, set up, volunteer and make the day happen. And to our entire team and their families for coming out and making it such a great event.

We work hard, we have fun, and days like this are a great reminder of the people who make Packer Fastener and Packer Freight what they are.

Already looking forward to the next one!

No, she's not related to Dr. Derek Shepherd. Yes, she says cool, mysterious stuff about inventory. Meet Crystal Shepard, our Warehouse Associate.

🌳 Kaukauna has awesome parks. Which is your favorite?
Any of the many parks where my nephews play baseball.

📦 What’s something you catch (at work) that most people would never notice?
It's my job to catch things, but missing inventory would be the most common.

❓ What’s a sentence you say at work that would confuse people outside Packer?
Move it to missing.

🏥 Favorite comfort TV show or movie?
Grey's Anatomy!

We had a great day in Dallas at the Advancing Electrical Prefabrication Summit, connecting with contractors, prefab leaders, and innovators who are helping shape the future of electrical construction. From BIM and material management to field ex*****on, what a great opportunity to share ideas and learn from the best in the industry.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth, and thank you to our amazing industry partners DEWALT, Gripple USA, and Wesanco-ZSI.

We are looking forward to the conversations ahead!

... did you guys get Pallet Rock tickets yet? Meet the frontman, Slayder (also our Inventory Control Leader):

🎸 If you were to write a song about your job, what would the title be?
"Oh No, I've Been Reincarnated as a Job Site Vending Machine"

🔩 What’s a problem you solve so often that you could do it with your eyes closed?
We run a pretty tight ship, so there aren't too many problems, but I can vend pack gloves more ways than a cook can make eggs.

🤝 What’s the most “this is very Packer” moment you’ve experienced on the job?
Having a real meeting with our CEO and president about creating a team/band that travels to our different branch locations to run operations during the day. And play in a Packer-themed band in the city at night—stay tuned for big things from Pallet Rock.

🥓 Chocolate or bacon?
Chocolate-covered bacon. Lock in. 🔐

Today was another special day for our team.

This morning at Lambeau Field, Packer Fastener was recognized by Insight Publications as the 2026 #2 Fastest Growing Company and the #1 Fastest Growing Medium-Sized Company in Northeast Wisconsin.

Awards like this aren't won by one person or one department. They are the result of great people, loyal customers, trusted supplier partners, and a culture built around delivering results.

We're also proud to be in the company of the other outstanding organizations recognized today. Northeast Wisconsin is home to remarkable businesses, and we're honored to be part of a group helping drive our region forward.

What started as a single location in Green Bay has grown into a national organization serving customers across the country. We're grateful to everyone who has been part of that journey, and we're excited for what's ahead.

Forged in the Midwest. Powering projects nationwide.
