What the banks think?
When looking at a business loan, whether it’s to an established company or to a start-up, we look at three primary components: capital, management, and the owner’s plan to manage the enterprise. The quality of the plan and its ability to communicate to all stakeholders the relevant business issues is critical to the bank’s underwriting process.
