LIVELife Leadership

LIVELife Leadership Wellness Consulting and Speaking group focused on promoting mental health services, destigmatizing mental illness, and addressing workplace wellness issues.

For speaking/booking info, send us an email to [email protected]! LIVELife Leadership's mission is to help you:

* Love your life
* Inspire others to live their lives to the fullest
* Add value to others' lives
* Empower others to live the life they want to live

Zach Zellner and Jacob Little started the Project after losing a close friend to su***de. The LIVE Life Project speaks at

high schools and leadership events in the Midwest, and we are currently available for booking. We believe that following our mission will encourage closer relationships among family and friends and a more open dialogue about su***de and depression. Join us and LIVE life! What should you do? It's simple, but life changing!
1. Step out of your own little world and see through someone else's perspective.
2. Recognize that your actions affect people in ways you will never know.
3. Be kind and compassionate in your interactions. Life is about forming and improving relationships. Reach out to those in need of help. Volunteer your time. Keep in touch with old friends and make new ones. The possibilties are endless! Remember: the actions you take will ripple for eternity.
4. Tell others about LIVE Life and always LIVE by example!
5. Check back often as we'll frequently be giving you new and exciting ideas on how to LIVE better!

When was the last time that you experienced that locked-in feeling where intuition takes over, movements and ideas seem almost effortless, and time seems to disappear?

This feeling is called flow and it's possible to increase how often you hit this state.

Check out Zach's thoughts on flow state. You can also schedule a session with Zach to begin setting yourself up for consistent flow states.

Many people run through their day trying to focus on a million things and trying to complete a billion things.

A mindfulness hike is not about achievement, it's not about a destination, it's not even about challenging yourself.

The purpose of a mindfulness hike is to give our minds and bodies the opportunity to relax and, maybe, even experience the blissful sensation of serenity.

You are invited to try it yourself today!

When: 4pm-5pm

This is open to everyone! There is no specified distance, as it will depend on the pacing of the group. The amount of time hiking will be roughly 30-45 minutes.

This Mental Health Awareness Month, let's not only focus on our own self-care but also check in on our loved ones. Showing compassion can make a lifesaving difference.

👪 Parents/Kids: Talk to your children about their mental health. Early intervention can prevent mild symptoms from becoming serious conditions.

👵 Older Adults: Reach out to older adults experiencing bereavement, illness, or isolation. Su***de rates are rising among those 65 and older, so recognizing warning signs is crucial.

🤰 New Mothers: Check on new or expectant mothers. Postpartum depression affects 1 in 8 women, and early support can prevent severe consequences.

Your support can be a lifeline. Simply listening and being there can make a significant impact.

🌿 Show compassion and be a lifeline to someone today. 🌿
