We here at Bridgewater Family Salvage have had a great year so far. We started our year with the plan to lend more support in our communities, and we have accomplished that in droves. In May Bridgewater Family Salvage participated in the ChicagoVets.org Ruck march. 20 grueling miles in observance of the 20 veterans that kill themselves every day. I personally made it all 20 miles. I personally think there was a guy at the finish line moving it farther back on me. Grace Meitzler who is my wing women in the Ruck, did an Ironman competition this year, which Bridgewater Family Salvage sponsored her in. Swimming, riding and running. Phew, I tired out just thinking of it. She finished all three. My hero. Held this last Saturday, was the 4th Annual Bridgewater Family Salvage Range Day. Many people attended, including a bunch of new participants, who learned about firearm safety, the actual facts about hand guns, AR-15's, and other weapons. And they all got to shoot a plethora of different guns. Fun was had by all, and a shout out to the girls at Casey's General store for the awesome Casey's pizza. We have a new addition to the fleet this year. We picked up a new service truck. Bridgewater Family Salvage strives to service our customers, make new ones, and try to keep our planet moving along by keeping recyclable materials out of landfills. We look forward to serving you and our community.

We held the 4th Annual Bridgewater Family Salvage Range Day yesterday. Many attended again this year, including some new folks who wanted to learn to shoot. Fun was had by all and are looking forward to next year.
