We do not just build FRP equipment. We install it too.

Our field crews travel nationwide to install, repair and modify fiberglass tanks, duct, piping and other corrosion resistant equipment.

When the job needs to get done onsite, we go where the work is.

Not a bad way to start the week.

We are proud of what gets built inside these walls, but even more proud of the team that makes it happen every day.

Custom FRP fabrication is what we do.

Big, small, simple, complicated. If it needs to survive in a corrosive environment, there is a good chance we can build it.

From tanks and duct to custom parts and repairs, our team is built around solving problems.

🎉 Celebrating Work Anniversaries! 🎉

Yesterday we celebrated 6 years with Mark and year 1 with Jayseen! 👏

Mark made quite the impression on day one when he looked around and asked, “Is this all the faster your guys work?” Then came the famous response: “I’ll run circles around them.” 😂

Six years later… he still does. 🏃‍♂️💨 Mark’s drive, work ethic, and willingness to jump in and get the job done have made him an incredible part of our team.

And then there’s Jayseen, who, even though he’s only been with us for 1 year, somehow makes it feel like he’s been with us for years. He fit into the team so seamlessly from day one, and his positive, “get s*** done”mentality has been evident since the beginning. 💪Also his special Christmas coffee creamer is top notch!!

Thank you both for your hard work, dedication, and everything you bring to the team. We’re lucky to have you both!

Here’s to many more years! 🍻🎉

Last week, we celebrated Carl’s 6-year work anniversary! 🎉

It’s crazy to think it’s already been six years because we remember Carl’s interview like it was yesterday! From day one, Carl or Carlos as he is most commonly referred to in the shop, has been someone who is always up for the challenges that come with traveling for our job and he does it all with a smile on his face. 😊 As we write this post, it's only fitting that he is currently out of state servicing one of our customers.

Carl, thank you for your hard work, positive attitude, and everything you do for our team and our customers. We’re lucky to have you!

Happy 6 years! 🎉 Here’s to many more!

Last week was Mike’s one-year work anniversary! 🎉

It’s hard to believe Mike has only been part of our team for a year because he’s fit in so seamlessly. From day one, he has brought a wealth of knowledge and experience from his many years in the industry, making an immediate impact on our team.

His expertise has given us the confidence to take on larger and more complex challenges that would have been much greater risks in the past. Mike’s dedication, professionalism, and willingness to jump in wherever needed have made him an invaluable part of our success.

Thank you, Mike, for an outstanding first year. We’re excited to see what year two has in store and look forward to many more years of working together! And sorry for the social media post, we all know you don’t like to be in the spotlight. 🤪

Congratulations on your first anniversary! 👏

We don't take on every project.

But every once in a while, one comes along that's different and fun.

This bright yellow dog statue made for a nice change of pace for the team, and a reminder that fiberglass isn't just for tanks, piping, and industrial equipment. 🐕

Sometimes, it's for bringing a little personality to a project.

From Green Bay to the East Coast!

This brine tank is loaded up and on its way to help produce one of America's favorite snacks... string cheese.

It's always rewarding to see our work leave the shop knowing it'll play an important role in food production for years to come.

Safe travels—and enjoy the cheese! 🧀

I always enjoy digging through old files and company history.

Did you know that Fiberglass Solutions' roots go all the way back to some of the earliest fiberglass brine systems used in cheese production?
Not only were we among the first to build fiberglass brine systems for the cheese industry, but our predecessor, Norm Johnson, actually patented fiberglass brine system designs. At a time when stainless steel was considered the standard, he recognized the advantages fiberglass could bring to corrosive food-processing environments and helped pioneer an entirely new approach.

It's pretty incredible to look back at the innovation that was happening decades ago and realize that many of those same concepts are still being used today. The materials, equipment, and processes have evolved, but the goal remains the same: build reliable systems that last.

We're proud to carry on that legacy of innovation and continue serving the cheese industry with fiberglass solutions designed to perform for decades.

Sometimes the best way to move forward is to take a moment and appreciate where you came from.
