We provide free estimates and honor the estimates for one year from date quoted. We can estimate from scans, digital pics, photos, or Xerox. At times, items need more work than original estimate was able to determine and customer will be contacted with revised cost and can determine whether to continue. Customer will pay S/H for returns not restored. All items are priced individually with no group

pricing discounts. We require pre-payment on any project before work begins. We cash all checks and money orders upon receiving them. We do not use Pay Pal or accept Credit Cards. We prefer only 4 to 6 items per order as a maximum order. We prefer not to restore any item requiring +50% restoration. An optional emailed digital ‘Before’ and ‘After’ Certificate is $2.50 ea. and all items are ‘UV Enhanced’ (Blue/White dots in restored areas illuminated by black light, and removal ruins restoration quality)
g. We can ship with any carrier and handle any insurance request. We normally ship U.S. Postal, Priority w/conf. There is a minimum shipping and handling charge of $10. We contact customer when item is received and when it ships back out. Allow a minimum turnaround time of +/- 90 days. Once in the shipper's hands we assume no responsibility for their services. k. Restorations must meet our own expectations before they are shipped and we will not compromise our standards just to meet a deadline. l. For any item completed but not payed for within 30 days is subject to being sold to recover repair cost. m. We holiday from Nov. 25th thru Jan.1st and on national holidays, but we always accept incoming projects during these times though production is compromised. n. We are 30+ year artifact hunter/collectors. We treat each item the same way we treat our own.

Big, small, odd or run of the mill, we dont take any of our projects lightly, and when we get feedback like this, it is wind to our sail.

Mr Pyles recently completed a restoration project for me that was incredible
The results totally exceeded my expectations They are very professional and talent beyond reproach
I am so grateful and thankful for the Gomer’s Lithic Art Restoration Thank you so much!!

At first glance this seems like a simple fix, however this piece required a destore break apart, old repair clean up, and realignment before worrying about anything else. This restoration fill in of the crack was right up close to an old providence/collector number, so even then, the surfacing was delicate. The certificate from left to right, shows the crack before realignment then after reglue and lastly with crack restored. Everything came out great in our eyes, but better yet....Jeff was pleased.

Thanks for the feedback back Mr. Dearth!

Going to go with it's better late than never on giving on this day before Christmas on giving some Christmas cheer from us a GLAR to all who follow us, or customers, or our friends! "MERRY CHRISTMAS 2025 and a HAPPY NEW YEAR to come in 2026"! 2025 our customers provided us with some of the largest and most unusual projects ever and they kept us incredibly BUSY! We value the trust they have in us in a world where finding trust in anyone doing tasks and repair work on anything is a hard to find commodity! Tbone and myself are still recovering form our recent 1500 mile of being Santa Claus's delivering items to easy to break when sending in the mail. So making a new Christmas greeting picture as in the past I decided to go down memory lane and just post some of the examples from past seasons of the time.

Thinking back on what has come through our doors for 2025 I thought if time allows in the coming weeks to high lite some of the items that went through our hands monthly. We use to do a large collage of a whole year of items we touched... but that takes more of a dedicated effort than the time we have these days, from working and still having a life. :) So here is a look back at some of the items we chose representing Jan 2025..

Share a few items recently out the door going home across the big pond. When it comes to stone the Europeans put more flair in their boppers than here in the states, just for something to hit things with ...:) They went home along with a few blades and a nice Celt.
