A little follow up on that wheel repair i did.  Got around to finishing the backside portion of the wheel where the tire...

A little follow up on that wheel repair i did. Got around to finishing the backside portion of the wheel where the tire will mount. It was welded just like outer side was. I try not to remove more weld than I have to when doing these, hence why you can see some of the weld that’s blended up to where the crack had extended. I remove most of the weld I need to with a die grinder, and then block sand the contour, and follow with finish sanding. I’m sure there are other ways to repair this, but this method has always worked for me. So far…..😬😃 ✌️
